Details of Malone Meadows and Orchards Park

Malone Meadows (see "Documents" link for layout):
Meritage Homes is the builder for Malone Meadows north of The Orchards.
R2 lots have been rezoned to R5 lots (technically the same size as most Orchards lots).
Average home prices will be $340K
41 homes will be developed.
A new street will run along the fence of The Orchard's northern-most homes and intersect with Windmill Crossing into Lake Travis Dr.
Trees will be added along the south side of Malone Meadows for additional privacy:
· Forty-two 10’ tall Eastern Red Cedar Trees
· Thirty-five 8’ tall Arizona Cypress Trees.
· 8-10’ from curb to fence of grass area as a buffer.
· ~ 110’ from back of houses on Lake Travis to front of houses on new street.
The Orchards Park:

Final designs and bidding are being worked on through Spring 2015.
Review/Council approval will take about 1-2 months.
Construction phase will be ~6 months (mid-year). Should complete in 2015.
Funding for Phase I is approved through the Community Development Corp.
